(1) GVHD治療に有用なバイオマーカーの確立：消化管GVHD症例などを中心に発症時、治療後の血清検体の収集を継続した。cytometric bead arrayを用いたamphiregulinの測定系を確立し、患者検体での測定を開始した。測定したST2、REG3α、ANG2とGVHD治療データとの相関解析を行い、治療効果と死亡リスク予測に有用である可能性を発見した。硬化型GVHDのバイオマーカーについて国際学会の招待演者としてシンポジウム発表した。(2) 二次がんの病態解明とスクリーニング法の開発：二次がんの臨床情報と検体収集を継続した。全エクソーム解析を進め、tumor mutation burdenの比較、burdenが高い症例の原因を検索した。comprehensive viral panelを用いて二次がん検体を解析する方法を確立した。二次がん症例でリキッドバイオプシーを実施し、cfDNAと組織変異との一致率を解析した。二次がん症例の血清micro RNA結果を解析し、スクリーニング有用性に関する予備解析を実施した。(3)移植後晩期合併症に関連した臨床研究：造血細胞移植後アデノウイルス感染症の実態について、学会レジストリデータの解析を実施し、発症頻度、発症リスクと発症予測モデル、死亡リスクと死亡リスクモデル、治療内容の詳細とその成績について総括し、結果を国際誌に報告した（論文業績1）。GVHDと晩期障害の国際研究を共著者として報告した（論文業績2）。慢性ＧＶＨＤの特殊型としてネフローゼを来した症例の症例報告を行い（論文業績3）、国際タスクフォースとしての総説執筆に参加した（論文業績4）。慢性ＧＶＨＤ治療の進歩について総説執筆した（論文業績5）。男性特有の晩期合併症の国際ガイドラインの執筆に参加した（論文業績6）。
