令和4年度に本研究の研究実績は、麻酔記録の画像データ及びデジタル情報のNFT化を行うための、コー ド作成を、LISK SDK 5.2.2 にて行った。具体的には、ブロックチェーン上で麻酔記録を画像として管理するコードを開発した。また、日本麻酔科学会に参加し、麻酔科記録に関する知見を得てきた。 麻酔台帳データがどのような形式で提供されているかを確認し一般的な形式は、CSV、Excel、JSON、XMLであり、CSV方式を採用することとした。麻酔台帳データをインポートするためPythonを使用する場合、以下のpandasライブラリを使ってCSVファイルをインポートすることができた。import pandas as pddata = pd.read_csv("anesthesia_ledger.csv")これにより、半永久的に、個々の麻酔科医が、ブロックチェーン上に麻酔データを保持することが可能と なり、日本麻酔科学会の専門医などの麻酔実績申請や改竄不可能な透明性の高い、多施設治験の研究データとして利用できるようになるが、一方で日本麻酔科学会のPIMS からDBMSへのデータを通信するAPIを作成するには、困難であることも分かった。次年度以降の課題として残った。同様にデータが正しくインポートされたことを確認し、必要に応じてクリーニングや整形を行う必要があり、欠損値や不正確なデータを確認し、適切な処理も課題である。クライアントサイドは上記対応でいいが、サーバーサイドの構築は、同様に次年度以降の課題として残った。
