研究計画時に2022年度の研究実績の目標として、1)データ登録システムの構築、2)研究開始時参加の5施設におけるデータ収集を軌道に乗せる、3)各施設間の定期的な情報共有システムの構築強化、4)プロトコール論文の作成公表を計画していた。これら1～4すべてにおいて達成することができた。具体的に1，2については、2022年度4月～5月にデータ登録システム（REDCap）を整備完了し、研究計画時に予定していた5施設のリサーチリーダーを中心としたデータ収集トレーニングを完了した。2022年度6月よりこれらの施設において実際のデータ収集を開始した。3)多施設間のデータ収集の疑問や変数の定義を明確化し、各施設でのデータ収集に伴うバイアスを最小限にするため、各施設のリサーチリーダー参加による定期的なオンラインカンファレンスを開催し、施設間の協力体制の強化を図ることができた（2022年4、5、11月の3回実施）。さらにすぐに本研究に関する情報の共有のためSlack(アプリケーション）を用い、できる限り早期に情報共有ができるシステムを構築した。4)本研究プロトコールは、プロトコール論文としてBritish Medical Journal Open誌（オープンアクセス）に掲載された。1～4以外の研究実績として、J-PEDIA（本研究の名称）のホームページを作成、Google上で公開した。宣伝事業効果もありデータ収集のための研究協力施設は、現在大学病院、小児病院、市中病院を含め13施設に増え、収集データは１年間で約9000例（本研究の目標サンプル数は17000例）に至っており、当初の予定通り研究データの収集も順調に進んでいる。今後は2024年度6月までデータ収集を行い、その後解析、論文執筆、2024年度10月頃に論文投稿予定である。

From now on, the collection will be published in June 2024, the analysis will be conducted later, the paper will be written, and the paper will be submitted in October 2024
