てんかん性スパズムに対する外科治療の効果予測の自動判別手法を開発する目的で、今回の研究で新たに用いる予定の指標(各々の電極での高周波と徐波のカップリング解析、脳の領域間結合性を評価する指標)の解析を進めている。令和4年度は、対象群となる正常脳波をもつ集団の選定を行った。また、患者群となるてんかん性スパズムの集団の選定を行った。まず、第一段階として、正常集団での指標の解析を中心に行っているが、計画段階で予想していたよりも個人間での基準値の幅が大きいことがわかった。集団内で正規化するために、多くの正常集団での解析が必要と考えられ、計画の小変更を要している。
