2022年度は、頭蓋内組織血流量とICG蛍光輝度の相関確認するために、開頭手術において頭蓋内組織血流量をトランジットタイム式超音波血流計で計測し、それが近赤外蛍光観察カメラシステムで測定したICG蛍光輝度変化と正の相関関係にあるか確認する予定としたが、過去の報告のレビュー(Neurochirurgie.2022;68(4):414-425)で、頭蓋内組織血流量がICG蛍光輝度に反映することが十分に立証されているため、上記調査は行わなかった。一方で、本研究におけるICGの投与プロトコルを作成するために、血清総蛋白値および血清アルブミン値が基準範囲内で、左室駆出率が50%以上の患者に対し、下垂体腫瘍摘出後に、ICG 25mgを蒸留水10mlに希釈して、体重あたり0.1mg/kgの投与量で静注し、ICG静注後に生理食塩水20mlを後押しで静注を行った。これらの作業を麻酔科で30秒以内に実施して頂き、ICG蛍光内視鏡で、1分程度で正常下垂体においてICGの蛍光輝度が得られることを実証した。
