项目摘要

研究課題1の目的は、乳がんサバイバーを対象に最高酸素摂取量を測定し、さらにその指標と簡易測定法の関連から推定可能な手段となり得るかを検討することであった。女性の乳がんサバイバー（20-59歳、術後13カ月以内、ステージI-IIa）50名の身長、体重、6分間歩行距離及び最高酸素摂取量を測定した。従属変数を最高酸素摂取量、説明変数を年齢、身長、体重、6分間歩行距離とした重回帰分析を行った。最高酸素摂取量の実測値と重回帰分析による予測値との相関及び平均値の差を算出した。その結果、参加者の平均年齢、身長、体重、6分間歩行距離及び最高酸素摂取量はそれぞれ48±6歳、159.3±6.0 cm、53.2±6.3kg、597±54m、25.0±3.6 ml/kg/分であった。重回帰分析の結果、実測値と予測値との間に有意な中程度の正の相関関係が認められた(r＝0.463、p＜0.001)。本研究により日本人乳がんサバイバーの最高酸素摂取量を初めて示すことができた。研究課題2は、ステージⅠ-IIIの浸潤性乳がんと診断され、治療を意図したがん薬物療法を終了し、運動習慣がない20歳以上の女性の乳がんサバイバー80名を対象に、運動プログラムを実施することが対照群と比較して左室駆出率、トロポニンおよび主要心血管イベント、血管内皮機能に及ぼす影響について検討することを目的とした。国内がん拠点2病院との研究実施に関する調整を開始した。具体的には、研究実施施設内における心血管系アウトカムの測定実施のための測定室の確保、測定フローの確認を行った。また、研究実施施設における倫理審査委員会承認を受けるための臨床研究計画書を作成し、当該施設における倫理審査委員会より研究実施の承認を得た。2023年1月12日に臨床試験を開始し、国立がん研究センター中央病院における2023年3月7日時点での被験者登録数は19名である。
