项目摘要

本研究では経営管理者の教育訓練の方法としてビジネスゲームを取り上げ,その実施にあたっての基本的な手法,問題点の解明を行ってきた。特に,欧米で最近重視されている集団的な意思決定を重視する方法をとった。本研究の特徴としては,基礎となる会計情報分析を重視したこと,時間の概念を考した動的なシステム解析をめざしたことにある。ウインドウス上で動作するビジネスゲームを設計するための基礎的な方法論を展開するとともに,これに基づいた訓練の実施と,その実際的な運用面での評価を行った。これらのビジネスゲーム,あるいは知識工学手法について,現在まで個別の研究者により実証も含めて研究が展開されて,その理論的な背景には多くの共通する面がある。従って,本研究において,共同の場において相互の討論と理論的な基礎の深化をはかることを行った。そのため,コンピュータ作業はもちろん,非コンピュータ作業によるビジネスゲームの組み立て,会計情報,財務情報処理とそのコンピュータ化,データベース形成の試みを行った。財務分析のソフトウェアについても,GUI(Graphical User Interface)を導入することにより,従来の表計算ソフトウェアとゲームシミュレーションとのインターフェイスの作成を試みた。また,既存の商用ソフトであるStella,Dynamoなどの検討を加え,経営者研究への利用可能性を調査した。本研究の成果は,会計理論学会,電子情報通信学会,日本会計研究学会などの全国大会で発表され,関連雑誌に掲載された。
