本研究はイスラーム思想史上の一大潮流である「存在一性論学派」の思想を対象とした。これまで十分に解明されてこなかった、学祖イブン・アラビー（1240年没）とその思想的継承者たちの理論的差異にとくに注目しつつ分析を行った。2021年度に引き続き、イブン・アラビーの晩年の著作『叡智の台座』への注釈書にみられる彼の弟子筋の思想家たちによる彼の思想の解釈と、主著『マッカ開扉』などにみられるイブン・アラビー本人の思想を比較し、その異同を検討する手法を用いた。2022年度の研究では、同「学派」のあいだでとくに重んじられた、存在論を焦点とし、テクストの精査に基づき以下の点を明らかにした。『叡智の台座』第2章や第9章では、多彩な比喩表現や預言者の物語の解釈に基づき神の無限の存在の流出による現象界の生成が語られるが、そのさいアーヤーン・サービタ（不変的諸実体）なる難解な鍵概念が提示される。ジャンディー（1291年頃没）、カーシャーニー（1329年没）、カイサリー（1350年没）による、初期の同「学派」を代表する三つの注釈書でこの概念は詳細に解説され、神の存在を限定化する原理として存在界の階層構造のうちに位置づけられる。これに対しイブン・アラビーは『マッカ開扉』において、高度の境地に達した神秘家の内面的状況を叙述するためにこの概念を用いており、そこでは注釈書では捨象される傾向にあるこの概念の認識論的含意が活かされている。この発見は、学祖の多面的な思想が後世に精緻化される過程でいかなる改変を加えられ、変貌していったかを明らかにすることにつながると期待される。

This study is a major trend in the history of thought. The difference between the theory and the theory of the successor of the thought is analyzed carefully.
