ディジタル制御においては,連続時間の制御対象の出力をディジタル補償器内で取り扱われる量に変換するためにはA/D変換器が必要となり,ディジタル補償器で算出した操作量を連続時間の制御対象に与えるにはD/A変換器が用いられる。このような変換器はビット数が有限であり,変換誤差すなわち量子化誤差が発生する。制御性能を高めるには,ビット数の多いA/D・D/A変換器を用いればよいのであるが,コストおよび変換時間の観点からはできるだけ少ないビット数のものが望まれる。しかし,過度に少ないビット数のA/D・D/A変換器を用いると制御性能は悪化し,制御系が不安定になることも起こりうる。そこで,量子化誤差が制御系に及ぼす影響についてあらかじめ解析することができればA/D・D/A変換器の選定に試行錯誤的なプロセスが省かれることになる。状態フィードバックおよびサーボ系においてA/D・D/A変換器の量子化誤差の解析の研究は紹介されている。本年度は、次の知見を得ることができた。1.より一般的なディジタル制御系における量子化誤差の影響の解析を行い、制御対象のパラメータと量子化誤差の及ぼす影響を定量的に明らかにした。また、この結果をハードディスク装置に適用し、シミュレーションによってその有効性を検討した。2.さらに、制御器の演算量子化誤差の及ぼす影響を解析し、最適な構造を明らかにする前段階として、問題を簡単化してディジタルフィルタを対象にその有色雑音入力に対する最適構造を明らかにした。現在、研究の有効性を検証するために3慣性系の実験装置を手配し終えたところである。
