1中国の成長企業に関する基礎的データの収集と整理中国の「ハイテク企業」と郷鎮企業の経営について、企業家・経営者の経歴、経営理念、事業展開、組織の発展等に関する相互の関連性を析出するため、日本・中国・米国の先行理論研究に関する基礎資料と、中国発行の学術雑誌・専門紙(新聞等)に掲載された中国企業の実態に関する情報を、収集・整理した。2中国企業の経営活力の源泉に関する仮説モデルの提示と予備的検証上記のデータに基づき、中国の成長企業にみられる特徴の析出と類型化を試みた。ここで、経営活力の源泉を構成しうる諸要因とそれを現実化させる客観的な機構とに着目し、〈企業家・経営者の「意識構造」が企業の意思決定メカニズムと経営管理メカニズムを媒介にして経営活力を創出させる〉という仮説モデルを提示した。また、典型的な個別企業を事例に、「意識構造」と意思決定メカニズム・経営管理メカニズムの関連に関する分析を行い、仮説の予備的検証をした。その結果、「意識構造」が、「伝統的な人脈意識」と「先進的な企業家精神」との融合形態をとって、意思決定と経営管理に対し相対的に大きな影響を与えている状況が描出された。3今後の研究展開に関する計画(1)企業グループの事業管理に関する理論的な再検討。(2)「共に豊かになる」という理念、先進的な管理技法の導入意欲、華人的な精神風土の、「意識構造」における融合状況と、中国古典管理思想の新展開に関する検討。
