项目摘要

本研究は，「農山漁村地域において，自然，文化，人々との交流を楽しむ滞在型の余暇活動」であるグリーン・ツーリズムを対象とした研究である。グリーン・ツーリズムは転換期にあり，農山漁村地域における持続的なビジネスを創出する地域振興策の一環として推進されている（近年では「農泊」と称される）。このグリーン・ツーリズムを地域振興策として推進していく上で「利用者のニーズ」や，「地域社会経済への効果」を評価することは重要である。本研究は複数手法を用いてこれらを解明し，グリーン・ツーリズムを包括的に把握することで，ポスト・コロナ時代のグリーン・ツーリズム経営の在り方や，証拠に基づく政策立案（EBPM）に資する知見を導出するものである。本年度は，まず，過年度のレビューを拡充し，研究領域の研究動向を確認した。その上で「地域社会経済への効果」として，携帯電話の通信等を用いて割り出した人口統計である，Mobile Positioning Data（MPD）を用い，グリーン・ツーリズムによる経済効果の推定を行った。分析には環境経済系で用いられるトラベルコスト法を利用した。次に，「利用者ニーズ」の評価として，三大都市圏住民の宿泊施設に対するニーズ調査をオンラインで実施した。評価手法としてBest-Worst Scaling（選択肢の中から最も好ましい選択肢と最も好ましくない選択肢の両方の回答を求める手法）を用いた。調査票は国際比較の実施を念頭に作成したため，2023年度に同様の調査を台湾で実施予定である。現在，先行して日本国内で実施したデータを分析中である。

This study is aimed at studying the nature, culture and human interaction in rural areas. In recent years, farmers and fishing villages have been developing a regional revitalization strategy. This is the important part of the regional revitalization strategy and the promotion of the "users" and "regional social development results." This study uses a number of methods to explain the problem, including the control of the problem, the control of the problem, the identification of the problem, the identification of the basic policy filing (EBPM) information, and the derivation of the problem. This year, we will submit annual reports to confirm the research trends in the research field. The results of regional economic development are estimated by using Mobile Positioning Data (MPD). The analysis of environmental systems is based on the analysis of environmental factors. Secondly, the evaluation of "users" is carried out according to the survey on residential facilities for residents in the three metropolitan areas. The evaluation technique is used in Best-Worst Scaling. The survey was conducted in Taiwan in 2023. Now, the first step is to analyze the situation in Japan.
