As basic research on power transmission's mechanical efficiency of belt drive, transport system, this study examined flat belt used for belt drive, transport system and transmission characteristic of toothed belt and friction loss.To begin with, by the finite element method, tension distribution of rubber flat belt and film belt transmission was analyzed, and the effect of the pulley crowning on tension distribution of the flat belt was discussed experimentally. Following conclusions were obtained.(1) Tension distribution of the film flat belt agrees well with the theory of Euler.(2) Effective wind angle of the rubber flat belt greatly appears from the theoretical calculation value of Euler.(3) The core body transmits most of the tension which is caught in the belt the rubber flat belt.(4) The cross-direction tension greatly receives the effect of the crowning on the flat belt.Next, friction work based on the meshing interference of belt tooth and pulley tooth was analyzed, while the experimental research on power transmission's mechanical efficiency of the toothed belt gearing was carried out. Following conclusions were got.(1) The driving torque of toothed belt is the effect of the friction of tooth and belt bending rigidity, and it fluctuates periodically.(2) The driving torque of toothed belt is bigger than it of flat bait. In short, more large friction loss has produced the way of toothed belt.(3) The polygonal action of the pulley is reduced the toothed belt by the interference of the tooth.(4) From the result of the FEM analysis, the friction work based on the meshing of the toothed belt fluctuates as a period in respect of a belt pitch.
作为带传动、输送系统动力传动机械效率的基础研究,本研究考察了带传动、输送系统用平带、齿形带的传动特性和摩擦损失,开始,用有限元法分析了橡胶平带和薄膜带传动的张力分布,并通过实验探讨了带轮凸度对平带张力分布的影响。得出以下结论。(1)薄膜平带的张力分布符合欧拉理论。(2)橡胶平带的有效缠绕角在欧拉法的理论计算值中有很大的体现。(3)芯体传递大部分的张力,该张力被橡胶平带捕获。(4)平带的横向张力受凸度的影响很大。其次,分析了基于带齿与带轮齿啮合干涉的摩擦功,并对齿形带传动的动力传递机械效率进行了实验研究。得出以下结论。(1)齿形带的驱动力矩是齿面摩擦力和带的弯曲刚度共同作用的结果,呈周期性波动。(2)齿带的驱动力矩大于平饵的驱动力矩。总之,摩擦损失较大的方式产生了齿形带。(3)皮带轮的多边形作用通过齿的干涉作用减小齿形带。(4)根据FEM分析的结果,基于齿形带的啮合的摩擦功相对于带节距作为周期波动。
