OPTICAL FIBER SENSOR USING ADSORPTION LB FILMS

使用试纸进行尿液分析是最常见的临床实验室检查方法。在尿失禁中，尿白蛋白定量检测是重要的检测手段之一。在本研究中，我们制备了含有染料分子的吸附Langmuir-Blodgett(LB)膜，用于光纤芯部的白蛋白测试。测量了白蛋白浓度对光吸收光谱的影响，作为白蛋白传感器的基本特性。观察到白蛋白和pH的光学吸收光谱发生了明显的变化，并且光纤传感器的灵敏度依赖于吸附的LB膜的数量。结果表明，基于吸附LB膜的光纤传感器有望用于尿液中白蛋白的检测。

Urine analysis using test paper is the most common clinical laboratory test. In urine anarysis, quantitative test of albumin in urine is one of the important tests. In this study, we have prepared adsorption Langmuir-Blodgett(LB) Films containing dye molecules for albumin test on the core part of optical fiber. Optical absorption spectra change by albumin concentration of solution were measured as a fundamental characteristic of the sensor for albumin. A remark change of optical absorption spectra on albumin and pH was observed.Furthermore the sennsitivity of the optical fiber sensor depends on the number of adsorption LB films. The results obtained here demonstrate that the optical fiber sensor using adsorption LB films is expected for detecting method of albumin in urine.
