2022年度は、研究の初年度として、先行研究のレビューに基づいた共同責任の理論のための基礎的な作業と、集団志向性が問題となる場の調査のための予備的な作業を行った。従来、技術的人工物による人間の知的な能力や運動能力の変容について、デン・アイディが示した人間と技術の基本的関係である身体化関係、解釈学的関係、他者的関係、背景的関係の関係を基軸に議論がなされてきたが、この議論を集団的営み、とりわけディレンマを含むような集団的営みへと拡張すべく、現象学、認知科学、生態心理学などに基づく文献のサーベイを行い、理論構築を試みた。その暫定的成果については、研究協力者とともに2019年前半の国内及び国際学会で行うワークショップで報告し、検証する。また、2022年の科学技術社会論学会のにおけるパネルの前後に国内の研究者と共同討議を行い、そのなかで、技術的知識が国境や学問領域を超えていかなる広がりをもつかについて検討を加え、今後の聞き取り調査を通じた作業のための土台とした。同時に、本研究の聞き取り調査の予備作業として、東北地方のある企業のを訪問し、経営学の観点から予備調査を行った。同センターは、電気工事等における事故や危険を再現・体験できる施設で、元来は同企業の協力会社を含む従業員向けの体験施設であるが、地域を含めた安全啓発意識をコミュニティで醸成していくプロセスとして、本研究の調査の参考になる予備調査とすることができた。
