Individual instruction on network intelligent CAI

通过在硬件上搭建本研究过程中编写的软件，完成了系统的组态。另外，系统还通过学校内部已经建成的局域网与网络系统连接，作为内容提供者，利用配置了CGI程序的服务器计算机向学生发送问题内容。学生使用客户端计算机接收问题，在计算机上解决问题，并通过网络将答案发送回服务器计算机。服务器计算机识别学生的ID，检查问题的答案并记录结果。该系统应用于两个实例：（1）物理基础知识的考查;（2）英语专业术语的学习，研究了描述性答案的分析算法，作为学生知识水平的评价方法。该算法利用选定的关键字对问题的描述答案和个人计算机操作序列进行评价。这一结果与从事教育领域工作的教师评价的结果部分相关。

The system configuration has been finished by setting up software prepared through the process of this research, on the hardware. Also, the system is connected to the network system through local network already built up in the university.The system works as a content provider that sends out contents of problems to students by using server computer that is configured with CGI programming. Students use client computer to receive problems, to solve it on the computer and to send back the answer to server computer through the network. The server computer recognizes the students' ID, checks the answers for the problem and records the results. The system is applied for two examples ;(1) Checking fundamental knowledge on Physics(2) Learning technical terms represented in English.Analysis algorithm for description answer is researched in order to use as an evaluation method of students' knowledge. Described answer on physic problem and personal computer operation sequence by using selected keywords is evaluated by the algorithm. The result is partly correlated with the result that is evaluated by instructors who work on the educational field.
