DEVELOPMENT OF IN SITU AMMONIUM ANALYZER TO INVESTIGATE NUTRIENT DYNAMICS IN MARINE ECOSYSTEM

本研究的目的是开发一种用于研究海洋生态系统中与生物生产和食物链相关的营养动态的现场自动连续测铵系统。该系统在海洋中采用漂流浮标。该系统与以往大堂人工检测方法相比，灵敏度差异不大。通过改进流动池、化学药剂和管材的用量，可以获得较高的稳定性和检测灵敏度。该系统于2000年2月在海拔3m的大型室外水箱中进行了试运行，每小时可采集一次数据。

The object of this research is to develop in situ automatical continuous ammonium measuring system for investigating nutrient dynamics related biological production and food chain in marine ecosystems. This system is employed with drifting buoy in the ocean. There is few difference of sensitivity between this system and previous manual methods in the loboratory. We could get high stability and high detection sensitivity by improvement of flow-cell, amount of chemical regents and tubules. Test operation of this system was carried out in the large outdoor tank with 3 m on February 2000 and we coud collect data every one hour is sute.
