英文摘要
We planned to reproduce the traveling wave on 2D plate and optimize the best condition for obtain matured hiPSC derived cardiomyocytes, to compare the traveling wave matured cardiomyocytes with adult cells. The achievements in the year include: 1. The traveling wave has been generated in cardiac tissue cultured on both plate and nanofiber sheets. The electrical signal of cardiac tissue could be recorded by using MEA. 2.The maturity of traveling wave matured cardiomyocytes has been confirmed by using staining, TEM, RNAsequencing and other methods. Their maturation level has been compared with those from human adult. 3. We published 2 papers and gave an oral presentation in 87th Annual Scientific Meeting of the Japanese Circulation Society, and obtained the young investigator award.
