研究目的：本研究は、既存の観光サービスと新たに市場に参入したシェアリングエコノミーサービスがコロナ禍において直面している共通の課題を特定し、それぞれのサービスが持つ独自のメリットを活かして、ポストコロナ時代において互いに持続的に生き残るための戦略を提案することを目的としている。この目的を達成するために、今年度8回の企業インタビューを実施した。インタビューは、京都の町家の女将を対象に3回、大分交通のバスの運転手を対象に5回行った。これらのインタビューでは、以下の項目に焦点を当てた。１）コロナ禍によって引き起こされた共通の課題の特定：各企業がコロナ禍において直面した共通の問題や困難についての洞察を得ることを目的とした。２）独自のメリットの活用：各企業が持つ独自の特徴や強みを把握し、それらをポストコロナ時代において生かす方法について議論した。３）持続的な生存戦略の提案：インタビュー結果に基づいて、既存サービスと新サービスが相互に協力し合いながら持続的な生存を図るための具体的な戦略案を提案した。４）インタビュー結果の分析：インタビュー結果から、既存の観光サービスとシェアリングエコノミーサービスが直面している共通の課題を特定することができた。これには、需要の減少、信頼の問題、衛生対策の強化、資金難などが含まれる。また、各企業が持つ独自のメリットとして、京都の町家の女将は伝統的な文化体験と質の高いおもてなしを提供し、大分交通のバスの運転手は安全な移動手段と地域の情報提供に力を入れていることが明らかになった。

Objective: This study aims to identify common issues concerning participation in existing and emerging markets, and to propose strategies for the development of existing and emerging markets. This includes: reduced demand; information problems; strengthening of health policies; and funding difficulties. In addition, companies will continue to provide services independently of each other, and Kyoto's urban residents will continue to provide services in the form of cultural, physical, and quality services.
