本研究は災害等の緊急事態下において、地域として訪問看護サービス提供体制を維持するために必要な相互支援連携体制の骨子を明らかにし、体制構築のためのガイドラインを作成することを目的とする。2022年度では、既存のBCPの収集および我が国における訪問看護事業所間連携に関する文献レビューを行い、災害下の訪問看護事業所間連携に関する現状と課題について明らかにした。災害下に機能する連携体制を構築するには、平時からの連携が不可欠であり、連携体制構築が進むことが地域の防災力の強化や災害下の在宅医療を維持することにつながり、利用者へのサービス提供を通して連携することが、訪問看護の質向上や量の確保に寄与することが明らかになった。また、第27回日本在宅ケア学会学術集会、第12回日本在宅看護学会学術集会に参加し、災害下の在宅医療連携、訪問看護事業所間連携に関する知見の情報収集を行った。当初、多職種多機関の相互支援連携体制に焦点を当てていたが、既存のBCP分析および文献レビューから、その前段である訪問看護事業所間連携体制の構築に課題があることが明らかとなった。現在は、災害下における訪問看護事業所間の連携体制構築の意思決定を担う管理者の認識を明らかにすることを目的としたインタビュー調査を実施している。上記のインタビュー調査は研究者所属の倫理審査委員会の承認を得ており、事業所が都市部に位置し、被災経験を持つ訪問看護事業所管理者を対象にデータ収集を行っている。今後は文献レビューおよびインタビュー調査で明らかになった結果を元に、質問紙を作成し地域の多職種多機関間における相互支援連携の現状・ニーズ・困難を把握する。

This study aims to establish a system for maintaining the necessary mutual support system in emergency situations such as disasters and other disasters. In the future, the research results of the paper will be analyzed and the problems will be solved.
