2022年夏から本格的に中小規模運送業の運行管理者資格も持つ管理監督者を中心としたメンタルヘルスにかかわる（ラインケア実態等について）インタビューを実施した。2023年度初めまでに10件を実施（一部予定）することができた。2022年末に途中経過として8件の内容をまとめ、第96回日本産業衛生学会（2023年5月学会開催）に発表予定である。成果としては、中小運送業に特化した運行管理者兼管理監督者の関わりを捉えることができたことである。また、特筆すべき内容としては運送業特有の量・質的負荷への対応等の職業性ストレスに対応する内容が多く抽出されており、一方でまた親身で家族的な関わりや働きやすさ、仕事や会社への愛着を促す意図のある働き方がみられた点で、中小企業の特徴も抽出され中小運送業の実態が見えてきたと考えている。一方でメンタルヘルス指針等で見られるような計画的な取り組みや専門職の活用がみられなかった点は課題としての特徴的であったと考えている。今後は、これらの知見から得られた内容を踏まえ、現場の実態を把握するためのツールを整え、2023年以降に調査を進める予定である。また、2022年度は先述の取り組みに加え、国内外の関連先行研究のまとめをおこなった。その結果、イギリスのラインケアにかかわる尺度が実態調査への活用に有用と判断し、翻訳作業を進め日本語版作成に取り組んだ。イギリスのオリジナル著者との意見交換を続けているところである。2023年度に妥当性検証等を進め、中小運送業を含めた実態調査へ活用することとしている。また、この先行研究のまとめより、今後の実態調査の仮モデル作成を進めることができた。2023年度の実態調査に反映する予定である。
