近年のプロスポーツでは、経済価値と社会価値を同時追求する"Creating Shared Value（CSV：共通価値の創造）"という考え方が重要視されているが、このような発想をクラブ経営に効果的に導入していくための具体的方策は確立されていない。本研究では、1)ビジネス化戦略とローカル化戦略をめぐるジレンマの発生メカニズム解明、2)CSV先進型クラブの事例分析といった作業を通じて、プロスポーツにおけるCSV経営の普及促進に必要な科学的知見を獲得することが目指されている。2022年度は、上記1)および2)の作業に関して、Ｊリーグに加盟するプロサッカークラブ等に関する複数のケーススタディを実行し、それぞれのクラブにおけるビジネス化戦略（自立的・効率的なクラブ経営を可能にするための取組）とローカル化戦略（向社会的行動を通じた地域社会への浸透・定着を目指す取組）の実践状況、さらには、ステークホルダーとの関係性や組織構造・文化などに生じた変化の実態などに関する調査・分析を行った。ここでは特に、2)CSV先進型クラブの事例分析に関する成果に関して、経済価値と社会価値の同時実現に向けたクラブ経営が、クラブ関係者とファン（サポーター）の「人間的」なコミュニケーションを可能にする顧客関係性マーケティングの展開、スポンサー企業からの理解と共感の獲得を可能にする組織能力の形成、クラブを取り巻くステークホルダーの「市民性（citizenship）」と「当事者性（ownership）」を基盤とした価値共創を可能にするスポーツガバナンス機能の確立によって成り立っている可能性が明らかとなった。これらの分析結果は、1)ビジネス化戦略とローカル化戦略をめぐるジレンマの発生メカニズム解明に関わる調査・分析の過程（関係当事者に対するインタビューガイドの作成など）においても活用されていく予定である。

In recent years, we have been pursuing "Creating Shared Value (CSV: Common Value Creation)" at the same time, and we have established specific policies for introducing important views into the results of social development. This study includes: 1) the development strategy of CSV, 2) the case analysis of CSV advanced model, 3) the communication of CSV operation, 4) the popularization of CSV, and the acquisition of necessary scientific knowledge. In 2022, the above 1) and 2) operations were carried out in relation to a number of activities, including the development of a business strategy.(Self-supporting, effective and efficient management, possible organization), cultural and organizational research, analysis and analysis of practical conditions, social and organizational relationships, and cultural and organizational development. 2)CSV Advanced Type Customer Relationship Case Analysis Related Results Related to Business, Social and Social Values, and Realization of Business, Social and Social Values Related to Business, Social "Citizenship" and "ownership" of "Citizenship" and "Ownership" of "Citizenship" The analysis results include: 1) the process of investigation and analysis (the relationship between the parties) and the predetermined process.
