前十字靭帯再建術後拘縮モデルラットで、抗HMGB1中和抗体投与、抗HMGB１阻害剤投与による拘縮予防効果の有無を検討した。前十字靭帯を切除し、尾腱を用いて片膝に前十字靭帯を再建し、対側膝は無処置の対照とした。抗HMGB１抗体投与群、HMGB1阻害剤投与群、Sham群に分けて評価した。しかしながら可動域測定器具に不備が生じ測定の再現性が得られなくなったため、正確な評価が行えていない。薬剤投与のタイミングに関しても、条件検討を行っているが、前述の可動域測定器具の問題で中断している。関節包の炎症や線維化の組織学的評価を行ったが、現時点では個体差があることや個体数の少なさから評価するに至っていない。今後は可動域測定器具が完成し次第、実験を再開し再度評価を行う予定である。

The presence or absence of anti-HMGB1 neutralizing antibody and anti-HMGB1 inhibitor after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction was investigated. The problem of the movable range measuring device mentioned above is solved during the process of condition analysis and calculation.
