项目摘要

小児がん経験者（childhood cancer survivors：CCS）は原疾患及び治療の影響により、晩期合併症を発症するリスクがあるため、長期フォローアップが必要である。なかでも内分泌代謝異常（糖尿病・高血圧・脂質異常症など）や心血管疾患の合併頻度が高いと報告されており、フォローアップにおける予防的介入と患者教育が重要である。そこで申請者らは、小児・思春期若年成人（adolescent and young adult：AYA）世代がん患者の栄養療法による晩期合併症予防を目指して、以下の研究を行った。初年度（2022年度）は、小児・AYA世代がん患者の食生活と栄養管理に関する研究の基盤作りに取り組んだ。①患者側の実態調査として、「小児・AYA世代がん経験者の食生活に関するインターネット調査」を実施した。がんの治療経験がある15-39歳の男女200名にwebアンケートを行い、がん患者の食生活の現状とニーズについて解析し、関連学会で報告した。②小児・AYA世代がん患者を診療する医療者側の実態調査として、日本小児内分泌学会の評議員を対象として、「小児・AYA世代がん患者の栄養管理に関するアンケート」を実施した。1次調査（評議員171名対象のweb調査）は回答者158名（回収率92.4％）であった。2次調査（1次調査でがん患者の診療経験あり2次調査に協力可能と回答した107名対象）は、回答者104名（回答率97.2％）であった。アンケートの解析結果を関連学会で次年度に報告する。③がん患者のフォローアップ外来において、食生活と栄養状態に関する実態調査を開始するための準備を行なった。倫理審査委員会の承認を得たので、次年度より本格的に調査を開始する。
