現在、「精神疾患をもつ利用者のケアにおける訪問看護師の経験」の研究テーマのもと第一段階として「１）精神疾患を持つまたはメンタルヘルスケアを必要とするクライエントに対する訪問看護師の困難やニーズの抽出」について、研究を実施している。本研究の目的は、精神科病棟における勤務経験のない訪問看護師が、精神疾患を持つクライエントのケアに携わることの経験を研究対象者のインタビューから明らかにすることである。精神科病棟における勤務経験のない訪問看護師の、精神疾患をもつ利用者のケアに携わる経験について明らかにされることは、精神科訪問看護における人材確保や人材育成の課題を同定することに繋がり、実践に即した訪問看護師に対する支援や教育に対する示唆を得られると考えている。この研究については研究者の所属する施設の倫理審査委員会に承認を得た。インタビュー実施を行い、データを取得したため、現在分析中である。本研究は、2023年12月9・10日に開催される第43回日本看護科学学会学術集会における学会発表に向け準備中である。また、次の研究に向け、精神科病棟における勤務経験を有する訪問看護師が精神疾患を持つクライエントのケアに携わることの経験を研究対象者のインタビューから明らかにすることを予定しており、この研究についても倫理審査の承認を得ており、実施に向け準備中である。研究分担者が主催する学習会の参加者から研究参加者を募る予定である。参加者は6名を予定しており、全員が「精神科病棟における勤務経験を有する訪問看護師」という条件を満たすよう選定し、インタビュー実施に臨む。
