项目摘要

本研究の目的は、学校で発生する子どもの外傷や急病、疾患・障害のある子どもが急変した際に、養護教諭が子ども異変に気付き必要な対応につなぐことのできる臨床判断能力を強化するためのアクティブラーニング教育プログラムを開発することである。本研究により、養護教諭が能動的に臨床判断能力を身に付ける教育プログラムを提供することで、子どもの健康と学校生活を支える養護教諭の養護実践力向上に貢献することとなる。研究初年度の計画は、①医学系の各分野で取り組まれているアクティブラーニング型教育に関する文献レビューを行い養護教諭養成における応用可能性を探ること、②養護教諭を対象としたインタビューと行動観察により臨床判断に関わる因子の分析することであった。①医学系の各分野で取り組まれているアクティブラーニング型教育に関する文献レビューについては、薬学・医学・看護学教育における文献を収集し分析しているところである。②養護教諭を対象としたインタビューと行動観察については、９例（ベテラン、中堅、新人）を対象に実施予定であったが、コロナ禍であることを考慮し、患者数が減少し感染対策が緩和された時期を待ち、２例のインタビューを実施し分析を進めている。また、臨床判断に必要な観察技術である血圧や体温に関して、測定用具による差の検討などの基礎的研究も実施しており、養護教諭が判断の根拠とするバイタルサインをより正確に得る方法についても研究を進めている。
