项目摘要

本研究の目的は、ターミナル期にある小児がんの子どもを対象とする看護師を対象として、倫理的苦悩に対する道徳的レジリエンスを発揮する様式と発揮するための因子を明らかにすることである。初年度の令和４年度は、国内外の文献にて、子どもを対象とする看護師のレジリエンスの概念分析を行った。国内文献は、医学中央雑誌Web版を用いて、最新10年間とし、「看護師」「レジリエンス」「小児/子ども」のキーワードで検索したところ、19件であった。会議録、レジリエンスの対象が看護師でないもの、文献検討を除外すると対象文献は2件となった。海外文献は、Pubmedを用いて、最新10年間とし、「nurses」「resilience」「pediatric」のキーワードで検索すると、161件であった。Title、Abstractから、子どもを対象とする看護師でないもの、レジリエンスの対象が看護師でないもの、レジリエンスの研究でないものを除外すると、38件となった。対象文献を精読中である。概念分析の方法は、Rodgers（2000）の提唱する手法を用いた。Rodgersの著書「Concept Development in Nursing: Foundations, Techniques, and Applications」（pp77-102）を確認し、子どもを対象とする看護師のレジリエンスの定義や特性を示す「属性」、概念に先行して生じる出来事を示す「先行要件」、その概念が発生した結果として生じる出来事を示す「帰結」について分析している。データ分析は、コーディングシートを用いて、文献ごとに「属性」「先行要件」「帰結」に該当すると判断される記述内容を抽出している。また、レジリエンスの属性の分析には、レジリエンスの３つの構成要因「I Have」「I Am」「I Can」を用いているが、成果には至っていない。
