2022年度は、これまでの研究成果や文献検討を踏まえ、成長ホルモン治療（以下GH治療）中の子どもと家族の治療継続を支えるピア・サポートプログラムを作成し、GH治療中の子どもをもつ母親を対象に月1回、合計3回のピア・サポートプログラムを6月～8月の期間に実施した。プログラムには3名の母親が参加した。プログラムでは毎回、この場で話されたことは外部では話さない、お互いの発言を否定しない、話したいこと聞いてほしいことを話すといった基本的なルールを確認した上で、60分間のフリートークを行った。研究者はファシリテーターとして参加し、参加者同士の話し合いが促進されるように環境を整えた。プログラムの評価は、プロセス評価とアウトカム評価で行い、プロセス評価では、プログラム毎に自作の質問紙を用いて、プログラムの満足度について調査した。またプログラム終了1か月後にインタビュー調査を行い、プログラムの運営（実施時期や時間、回数、参加人数など）について参加者の意見を聞いた。アウトカム評価では、プログラム参加前後の自己効力感やQOLの変化、GH治療に対する考え方や子どもへの接し方の変化等について質問紙やインタビューを用いて調査した。現在調査内容について分析を進めている。
