小児がん経験者の疲労感は、退院後の日常生活の中で訴えの多い症状のひとつであり、QOLの低下をもたらし、退院後の生活困難へと連鎖する喫緊の課題である。この小児がん経験者の疲労感の背景には、メンタルヘルスの問題が深く関わっていると考えられる。本研究では思春期の小児がん経験者（13歳～18歳）を対象に、ヨガの介入が日常の疲労感の改善にいたるプロセスを構造的アプローチを用いて明らかにすることを目的とする。推定されるプロセスは、ヨガの介入がメンタルヘルス（日常の疲労感とうつ傾向）の改善をもたらし、そのことが自己効力感の上昇につながり、日常の疲労感が軽減されるというプロセスである。本研究によりヨガの効果を明らかにし、疲労感に対する実効的な支援方法を構築する。本研究は、思春期の小児がん経験者に対するオンラインを用いたヨガ介入研究である。調査方法は、東北地方の小児がん連携病院において小児がん経験者に対して易疲労に関する構造的面接（対面）、ヨガ介入（オンライン）、疲労感およびメンタルヘルスに関する項目、ヨガプログラムの満足度に関してWeb調査を行う。2022年度は、ヨガインストラクターの資格を有する理学療法士の協力を得て小児がん経験者用のヨガプログラムの作成、オンラインヨガのプレテストを行った。ヨガは25分程度、音楽に合わせてリラックスしながら実施できる内容である。webプログラムホームページの作成および東北地方の小児がん連携病院での対面調査を予定していたが、研究分担者間での意見交換を進める中で対象者に実行可能な研究デザインの洗練に時間を要した。
