项目摘要

本研究班で開発したプリセプター保健師研修プログラムについて、都道府県3か所、特別区1か所、市町村1か所で実施した。研修の事前打ち合わせ、研修後の振り返り、年度末の振り返りを通して組織特性に合わせたプログラムの実装について検討した。自治体の研修担当者から、事前に研究参加者のニーズを把握してもらい、研修内容に反映させた。以上の成果を、日本地域看護学会学術集会において「組織特性に合わせたプリセプター保健師研修の実践」の演題で発表した。また、日本公衆衛生看護学会学術集会で「モデルプログラムを用いたA県地域保健従事者プリセプター研修の評価」の演題で発表し、プログラムの紹介を行った。学会におけるディスカッションから、本プログラムを実施する新たなフィールドの開拓につながった。研究班会議を年度末にオンライン実施、その他、メールおよび電話、研修前後に本研究の検討を実施した。各研修を担当する研究者とは、研修前後に対面またはオンラインで検討会議を開催した。
