訪問看護師の継続教育においては、効果的にICTを活用した認知症ケアの教育方法の確立が求められている。訪問看護師の認知症高齢者に対するケアの時間は、ケアプラン等により非常に限定されている。このため、常にそばにいることができないからこその各種の工夫がなされている。これまでに示唆されてきた訪問看護師特有の視点を踏まえ、認知症の利用者の支援に必要な知識や経験を共有し、効果的に学ぶシステムの構築が求められている。それらを踏まえ本年度は、視聴覚教材作成の準備を整えた。視聴覚教材作成の中心となる内容は、保留となっているインタビュー調査に基づいて作成する。しかし、本年度は不測の事態によりインタビュー調査が困難であったため、それ以外の視聴覚教材作成の準備を進めた。特に、視聴覚教材作成のための最新情報の収集やシナリオ作成、情報漏洩対策等は、調査協力機関の状況改善後すぐに進めることができるよう整えた。具体的には、文献レビューを通して教材の内容の方向性が決まった。例えば、「認知症高齢者の安全管理」や「認知症高齢者の家族へのサポート」「サービス利用を拒否する認知症患者へのケア」等は、訪問看護師にとって、認知症を有する利用者のケア提供の際に、より有用性が高いことが推察された。また、専門的技術を有する識者から、ICT利用時における情報漏洩対策や配慮すべき事項について等の、基本的考え方から最新の知見までを学び、研究調査を実施する上での倫理的配慮等を大きく補完することができた。視聴覚機材のシナリオ作成においても、保留となっているインタビュー調査の結果を反映させて仕上げる部分のみを残し、撮影素材の準備も含め、作成できている。これらにより、状況が落ち着き次第、速やかに視聴覚教材作成から介入調査へ進めるための準備や環境を整えることができた。
