2022年度は、研究責任者の体調不良により研究の着手が遅れ、計画全体に遅れが生じている。今年度は2回のオンラインによる会議を開催し、チェックリストの項目の草案作成とチェックリストの図式化に着手した。今年度の研究活動内容は、以下のとおりである。最初に、子どもの貧困世帯を支援する保健師活動の取得済みデータから、求められる実践内容を抽出し、チェック項目のリストを作成した。さらに不足しているチェック項目を文献等で検索、抽出し、リストに追加しアイテムプールを作成した。研究者間で、意味内容が重複している項目の要約と多義的な項目の内容を精査し内容の細分化と再分類を図った。さらにチェック項目を現任保健師が直感的に理解でき、実践可能と認識できるレベルとなるよう項目の用語と表現を検討した。次いで、それぞれのチェック項目の位置づけがわかるように、チェックリストの全体像の図式化を試みた。図式化の前に、それぞれのチェック項目の共通性に着目し、関連する項目の構造化をおこなった。構造は、８つのアセスメント領域（ライフラインの確認、危険な住まい、不十分な栄養、養育者の疾患・知的障害、虐待・不適切な養育、乏しい援助希求、社会的孤立、医療の必要性）、５つの直接的支援（貧困が親子に与える影響の予測、信頼関係の構築、社会福祉・社会資源による経済的困窮の軽減、多岐に渡る連携、支援計画の目標設定）で構成され、前提条件として、支援活動を行う上でベースとなる組織体制と地域活動を追加した。図式は、構造の関連図と構造別のリスト図の２案を作成した。チェック項目の順序性と図式化の妥当性について、今後の課題として次年度も継続して検討していきたい。
