Feasibility calculations for a new tidal energy innovation

No wide use commercially practicable low head hydro power converter currently exists, which addresses all of the key compromises presented by existing technologies, notably; the damage to the environment caused by substantial flooding, allowing the passage of ships, allowing the passage of silt & wildlife and commercial effectiveness. This project defines a new innovation, which addresses these issues and it shall be attempting to research the innovation and to define it's capability.
