In this project, we performed spectroscopic observations of metal deficient stars with various telescopes of Anglo-Australian Observatory, Keck observatory, and Beijing Observatory. From these data, we can get the information on abundance pattern in the cosmic early phase of elemental synthesis. Our final analysis has not been completed yet, but we may reveal the following preliminary results.1. For the metal poor stars with [Fe/H] <-2.5, the heavy elements, in particular, r-elements have a large scatter more than observational errors. These are not simple trends, and it is speculated that these are the results from the Super Novae explosions of primordial massive stars.2. Abundance of light elements (Li, Be, and B) can be seen to have a trend towards metal poor stars, which is not suitable for a simple picture of formation of light elements in early universe discussed previously.3. In the metal poor stars, it is found that C,N, and O are rather abundant. This fact should be investigated by accumulating data for more metal poor stars.4. Metal absorption study of QSO has led to the study of primordial synthesis of QSO and metal poor stars should be valuable. Of various elements. Comparative study of QSO and metal poor stars should be valuable.On the basis of these results, we have proposed the future study of cosmic history of chemical High Dispersion Spectrograph (HDS) of Subaru 8m Telescope.
