英文摘要
CCm Technologies aims to utilise its Carbon-capture Utilisation and Storage (CCUS) technology to address 2 key policies in the Clean-Growth Strategy, supporting NetZero by 2050;1\.**Industry efficiency**: De-carbonising and increasing efficiency of waste processes through development of circular carbon-capture utilisation and storage technology2\.**Natural Resources**: Utilise waste resources for production of zero-carbon fertilisers, reducing agricultural emissions and utilising UK soils for permanent carbon sequestration.**Phase 1** developed processes and knowledge to enhance a range of waste biochar feedstocks using captured CO2 and recovered nutrient resources, sourced from UK and European pyrolysis and gasification systems, for generating energy (including hydrogen) and waste treatment.By integrating CO2 derived Nitrogen and recovered nutrients, stabilised by CO2 captured by CCm's process to enhance the nutrient content of biochar, CCm formulated and produced several Zero Carbon fertiliser outputs. **2 fertiliser formulations have been chosen for scale up in Phase 2,** best demonstrating solutions to customer challenges. The R&D steps taken to formulate these fertilisers confirmed the design of a scale up CCUS, modular prototype, for manufacture and deployment at KEW's operational advanced-gasification plant in Phase2\.During **Phase 2** CCm will carry out a detailed design and manufacture of its CCUS to fertiliser prototype which can be operated on site, with UK advanced-gasification lead KEW Technology. The mobile nature of CCm's container unit will allow demonstration at COP26 and provides a modular system which creates a new revenue stream for CCm, accelerating integration of CCUS technology within a growing energy from waste and fertiliser market. CCm's modular distributed approach is mirrored by KEW's advanced-gasification systems enhancing future technology deployments for both CCm and KEW.CCm will produce Zero Carbon fertilisers which will be put to field trials with Velcourt to assess crop yield comparisons with conventional fertiliser alternatives. Cranfield University will also assess reduction in Nitrogen to tackle a key objective of DEFRA to reduce Ammonia emissions. One of the significant benefits of the CCm process, which has been developed further during Phase 1, is the carbon sequestration potential of the developed fertiliser outputs. The chosen 6-5-5 and 7-0-0 both remove carbon for at least 100years. **For every tonne of 6-5-5 CCm fertiliser produced, 2.41 Tonnes of CO2equivalent is removed. 1.59T/CO2e is removed per tonne of 7-0-0\.**
