Imagine what we could do if we could find every gene. We could breed crops resistant to disease, develop better treatments for cancer, or diagnose illnesses before they become untreatable. Wobble Genomics is working to make this a reality.Genes are the basis of all life. Every cell in your body is constantly expressing genes in the form of RNA. These RNA are signals which provide directions for biological functions. If we could understand these signals, we could decipher the code of life. Our most advanced means of detecting these signals is through a technology called RNA sequencing.While this technology has the potential to revolutionize a wide range of biology, it is currently limited by a basic biological phenomenon. Most of the RNA produced by a cell are common to all cells and are thus uninformative. This means that most of the data we attain through RNA sequencing is essentially noise.Our Level-Up technology solves this problem by making it easier to find important RNA while our TAMA software provides greater insight into gene functions.
