LifeTracks - A Creative Solution that Supports Mental Health and Wellbeing Resilience

Our LifeTracks project aims to provide a simple and personalised behaviour change tool to support people's mental health and daily scheduling, and build resilience through the creative combination of scheduled personal music, visual triggers, and personal goals. Mental health is a growing issue across the UK, which has more than doubled during the Covid-19 pandemic for adults aged 16 to 39 years (from 11% to 29%, ONS). We have proved that our behaviour change platform works in a challenging care environment, supporting caregivers of those with dementia, and now want to develop a solution to address broader mental health challenges.
