英文摘要
ALISS - A Local Information System for Scotland - allows people to search for and share information about services, groups, activities and resources locally and nationally that will help them answer the question, "What keeps you well?". This project has three primary goals:1. Improved and open **access**.2. Improved and intelligent **capability**.3. Improved and expanded **reach**.Specifically, this project seeks to build on the success of ALISS over the past decade in the following ways:* Linking ALISS with other directories and information sources, giving the user access to more information about services, groups, activities and resources.* Applying Artificial Intelligence algorithms to massively improve the range, quality and currency of information available.* Provision of more personalised experiences for users, including AI-driven intelligent suggestions of relevant local and national services and based upon explicit and/or implied need.* Enable ALISS to be connected through Open APIs allowing deep integration with the social prescribing platform by Elemental. This will enable community links workers, social prescribers and other workers to have access to ALISS information during the course of their supporting members of the public.* Opening up access to ALISS information through improved and expanded capability, specifically, by enabling access by users with voice enabled devices.
