wtv. is an established UK based virtual events company supporting virtual/hybrid conferencing events ranging from high-profile multi-government events and world leader summits to corporate AGMs and regional/internal business meetings.Global businesses, international organisations and national governments have become increasingly familiar with the daily use of virtual conferencing and digital communication platforms. COVID19 has accelerated the adoption of digital communication platforms since March 2020; it is expected that post-COVID there will be a deeper, longer-term rationale for virtual and hybrid conferencing/meetings, driven by several key factors:* the rapidly accelerating climate change agenda creating carbon reduction obligations of global business and government* the increasing introduction and demands of ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance) reporting requirements of global businesses* the documented evidence of direct Profit and Loss derived from reduced travel and accommodation expenses of employees attending physical event, particularly those involving overseas travel* the positive impacts on time/productivity savings experienced by businesses across the COVID period generated by remote, home and hybrid working arrangement, and most significantly conference event attendeesThese factors drive a strong and growing requirement for businesses/organisations to validate and evidence measurable and reportable carbon footprint reductions, as well as the substantial cost and time equivalent savings between physical, hybrid and virtual events.'CAPTURE' solves these significant problems by providing a single, integrated, authoritative '360 degree value' tool allowing clients to evaluate, report and balance cost and time savings alongside the emissions reductions associated with virtual business/organisational conferencing.
