英文摘要
Mental health problems cost the UK economy at least £117.9 billion annually and 50% of UK adults now look at screens for 11 hours or more a day. We are aiming to build a cross platform application designed to work as a sensor of a person's mental health. Using pre-trained and self-learning AI models, the application senses digital behaviour patterns in individual users that signal mental health conditions, including digital addiction, anxiety (including work-related anxiety), stress, depression, procrastination, and ADHD. The user, or an approved medical professional is then alerted to signals being triggered, allowing them to have more control over their mental health.
