We aim to provide businesses with the ability to generate optimised investment strategies using machine learning techniques.At the core of Stratiphy is Stratlib, our computation engine for constructing, rebalancing, and backtesting bespoke investment strategies. It is offered to businesses via an API, and also used to power Stratiphy's mobile app for retail investors.Our proposed project will investigate whether it is practical and of value to enrich Stratlib with Machine Learning (ML) techniques to produce an enhanced platform, Stratlib.AI. This could be used by SMEs within the financial services sector to optimise the parameters that define their investment strategies. These ML optimised strategies are likely to demonstrate increased performance and adapt better to changing market conditions. We will develop trust in Stratlib.AI among our clients by providing full transparency of the optimisation process: the client will choose the parameters to optimise, the ML models to use, and will have the option to supply their own training data.
