Nukoko is on a mission to create a sustainable, healthier future for the chocolate industry that is significantly better for the planet.The chocolate industry is in trouble, climate change will start to deplete the cocoa farming industry in the next 5-10 years, meaning supply will drop by as much as 28%.**That's right chocolate will start to run out!**This project will progress us from our current stage of initial research and proof of concept (TRL3) through to our technology being progressed and demonstrated in a commercial chocolate environment (TRL6).Practically this means further taste and process testing on our product to match it as closely as possible to chocolate and then collaborating with a leading UK chocolate maker to test our product in their factory .
