FY21 CONSOLIDATED FACILITIES TASK ORDER B (NCI-OSFM-21-0056)

The purpose of this project is to renovate existing labs 12-19, 12-20, 12-25, and 12-34 at wing 1 floor 2 within building 560 to accommodate a new tissue culture lab and staff office that will utilize new lab benches, new lab casework, and new lab equipment. New construction will accommodate the use of various incubators, freezers, and other instruments for the tissue culture lab. Plumbing and mechanical upgrades will take place to complement the new lab layout. New sinks, and eye wash equipment will be provided, and a new safety shower station will be installed.
