Project summary This administrative supplement is to obtain a necessary system for computational analysis. Recent advancements in in silico protein structure prediction as demonstrated by the AlphaFold and RosettaFold offer promising opportunities to straighten the ongoing project. We aim to materialize these opportunities with this administrative suppoement.
