This project will focus on the development of a new type of 3D printing technology. The technology will identify potential ways to allow the production of components in a material that has not previously been possible to directly 3D print in. The potential for this new technology ranges from healthcare to industrial applications where bespoke, high performance components are required.The project will focus on two potential ways to develop the process and the expected outcome is at least one completely new process to answer the market's need for production using this new and exciting production technique.
