A limiting factor in the mass deployment of autonomous wireless devices (AWD) inside buildings is their dependence on battery operation. This represents an opportunity for energy harvesting solutions. This project addresses this challenge. Afterthought will develop a novel, power management solution for energy harvesting from low level indoor lighting (150 Lux) using Solar Press flexible organic photovoltaics.
