I need help to gain professional advice in the following areas, to enable me to proceed: 1) Developing the recipes. Advice on taking a recipe from your kitchen to market, and guidance on ingredients and flavours. This would make a huge difference to my progress. 2) Guidance on Food safety and Working with regulatory bodies. 3) Advice on own production vs outsourcing. "
