Skills Priority Alignment: Quantitative BiologyHypothesisLC tolerogenic ability is regulated by a unique gene regulatory network (GRN), which induces a distinct gene expression profile associated with the tolerogenic LC programme. Aims 1) Investigate cell-cell variation within LC populations.2) Dissect a unique gene expression profile associated with tolerance in LCs and identify the TFs essential for regulating LC tolerogenic function.3) Create a mathematical model of the LC tolerogenic GRN for quantitative in silico simulations that correctly predict the expression of tolerogenic output genes4) Identify the key molecular switches regulating tolerogenic responses and validate in vitro.
