Relapse in schizophrenia is a major cause of distress and disability. Relapses are predicted by early warning signs (EWS) and can be prevented by specific interventions focused on EWS. However, the quality of research evidence is poor and it is not known if these approaches are effective in routine practice. We aim to build an intervention (EMPOWER) that refines existing digital Smartphone technology that promotes effective help seeking following identification of EWS. We will seek to embed our
