Profiling Cytochrome P450 Enzymes Using Chemical Probes

CYP450s are a superfamily of enzymes responsible for phase I metabolism and biosynthesis across the tree of life. CYP450s are understudied in plants and a greater knowledge of the key players would allow for more informed design of plant protection products (herbicides, fertilisers, insecticides). The project outlined herein aims to develop a probe library for use in the studying of these enzymes.
