Availability of experimental data is the key to accurate and reliable calibration of computer models in simulation of modern nuclear systems. Such data however is becoming increasingly scarce and expensive to obtain. Therefore, it is more important than ever to design experiments such that their value will be maximised. This project will attempt applying new sensitivity analysis and uncertainty quantification methods to design of nuclear experiments.
